Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
received a letter from the RBS saying going to pay back charges happy days from sandy watt we signed the letter as it was the full amount and posted it off a week later received nothing telephoned them and was told her office did not receive it so i posted another acceptance letter to them by special delivery telephoned to day and the auto tell me the bank has withdrawn all payments until next year payments of good will
DAY 20 still nothing. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa telephoned head office today and have told me the good will payments to everyone will be paid out but only after we read the new letters which are being sent out to everyone.
THey really seem to be in a mess.
I had an email from Sandy Watt before she went on hols saying an offer letter had already been sent. When this did not arrive after more than a week, I emailed one of the other contacts named in her email and was told that nothing was being done because of the stay.
When I then pointed out that Ms Watt had already informed me a letter was on its way, got another email to say an offer would be received within 5 days.
Still waiting
