Thread: Personal Loan with A&L?

Hi there, I am familiar with the whole process of reclaiming charges as I claimed back £1k's worth from Halifax, but this was a banking account.

I also have a personal loan with A&L and have had a few charges added onto this, can I reclaim these? If so is the process the same?
