Thread: Got my statements after 6 months,now...

.......Iam going to ask for Money back.

After being told on numerous occassions from Barclaycard that I didnt have an account with them I managed to get my statements from an old account. It took getting the ICO involved but Ive got there eventually.

I have a question though. Before receiving my statements I was offered £100 to go away.....do I return with my 'actual' list of charges and demand them back. Or do I now go to the Financial Ombusman instead?

Also, how does the recent test case effect me? Iam not understanding if i will be put on hold.
