I really think its unfair. My ex husband is having £47 a week taken off him for maintenance for our child. Because I'm on benefits and receiving £37 a week from benefits agency i've been told by the CSA that i will be receiving £10 from my ex's £47 and the rest will be kept by the CSA. When i said that this was so unfair to my ex and to my child i was told that if i decided to accept his maintenance payments without going through the CSA i would loose my benefits! How unfair is that!!!!!
