Hi everyone just joined tonight i have been charged by the rbos for years every month without fail one charge or another, £400.00 this month alone in charges can someone help me to get started you know some pointers on what to write in my first letter to the bank......can`t go on like this there is no point working anymore seems like i`m working to keep the bank going...HELP!!!! THANKS TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP.

Do you have all your old statements ? If so total up all the charges and use the refund request template on this site.
If not then use the DPA request template and send it along with a cheque/postal order for £10 to the bank.
I would suggest that when you have the time that you read through the FAQ's (there is a great deal of knowledge stored there and without it I would have been lost).

just got my firt letter ready to send to bank requesting list of charges or bank statements for last six years and £10 postal order can anyone tell me who i make it payable to.thanx

has anybody taken on the royal Bank of Scotland, did you get your cash back and how long did it take them to roll over and give in,hope they give in to me because god help them if they don`t i`ll get medevil on their ass

sounds like you're in trouble,i was in the same boat in 1998 absolutely hammered in charges, i would advice you to visit cab, beleive me their is light at the end of the tunnel,good luck.
