I requested my statements from HSBC in April and have finally rec'd them. I am ready to send off my first letter but read that due to the investigation, claims will not be dealt with until the result of the case - do i continue to send it off? Can i still send it for period May 2001 - May 2007? If i wait untill the court case results and then claim, I will lose a large amount of my claim where charges were made in 2001...
