The way I see the banks have pulled off an almighty fast one. The cusomter seems to have nowehere to turn BUT the banks are still permitted to levy the charges which can and do ruin people's lives.
This cannot be right. I'm certainly going to complain to the FSA. Also brilliant timing for the bunch of warring bankers because our MP's are just beginning thier long summer break.
There must be something we can do this turn of events is a travesty of justice, even though I still firmly believe the banks will lose.
