    Default Enoughisenough Vs Egg

OK so here it is. Murdered by Eggicon who eventually forced me into a loan agreement to pay off the card. Loan payments have all been made but are not going down at all, well at least not much. They're charging 14.9 APR on the loan, not that much less than the card. Also having got SARicon from them, I don't believe it's true. It shows some late payments and over limit fees but not what I believe to be the case. Even if it is correct there are numerous other charges which have various descriptions such as insurance fee, monthly fee, additional interesticon etc. What can I legitimately claim back and how do I go for CCI. I really need help here because I'm convinced they are pulling a fast one somewhere.

    Any help gratefully appreciated!

You need to ask them what the charges are for - you are entitled to an explanation in words of one syllable under s7(1)(c)&(d) of the DPA 1998. I wrote an explanation of CCI in this post which you may find helpful

    HI STEVEN 4064

Sorry I didn't get back sooner. Just wanted to say thanks. Your help and advice are much appreciated. Hope everything's well with you and that your continuing claims go well, despite the recent events. I've got more than a few in the pipeline so I know the frustration!

    Cheers EIE.
