Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just recieved a letter from the court and they have asked me to serve ther particulars of claim. Looking through my statements there is no date for the year, just the day and month. No where on the statement is there a year.
This is really annoying because it will not make much sense when I itemise the charges, and they don't want copies of my statements to trawl through.
What's the best thing I should do? If there are no proper dates, it looks pretty crap, but it's not my fault, it's just the way BC do their statements.
