I am new to the site and have received all my statements from Barclaycard. I have just been searching this site and the FAQ's but seem unable to locate any clear info as to how to calculate the charges, what I can try and claim back and what to do next. I am sure this has been covered numerous time so if someone could just point me in the direction of the correct link (s) I would be most grateful.
