Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am claiming back my late payment charges from Barclaycard following a Subject access request to obtain details of my past charges. I would like to know whether it is possible to reclaim the £10 I paid for the Subject access request, and if so, at what point to do this: when requesting initial repayment of fees, in the letter before action or during the actual claim?
Apologies if this has been covered before but I have read through the FAQs and searched the forums.
