Could someone please forward to me T&Cs for Barclaycard for the period 2001 to 2003. I anticipate needing them for a court bundle in the very near future!
Thanks for this Seasidelady, I've just downloaded for free the Natwest T&Cs as I need them too and then tried to download those for B/card, however, I can't do this as I have "reached my free download" capacity and now have to pay!!!
So, I repeat my request: T&Cs for Barclaycard 2000 to 2003? Please, pretty please ?
I've managed to download the document filed in the Documents Library from Fileshare, however, once printed off as an A4 sheet the document is very difficult to read so I repeat my request ...
does any kind person have a copy of B/card T&Cs for 2000 to 2003 that they could let me have a copy of.

Am in similar position as you. Downloaded but they are illegible. So if there are any kind CAG'ers out there with T & C's for 2004/Jan 2006 would appreciate receiving these ASAP (am still struggling with my bundle!).

Hi Paintball, sori I cannot assist. I am seeking T&C's from 04 - 06. However, due to time constraints I had to file my bundle @ Court 2day. I used those from the Library - btr than nothing I thought. But noticed my b.card statements say that the T&C's are on the back! Only noticed this of course AFTER I have filed at Court & sent copy to the Defendant!
Have just checked with the Court - no bundle rec'd from B.card. Is the way forward to send 'em a non-compliance ltr to have their defence struck out on the grounds of non-compliance with a court order (bearing in mind that I filed & served my bundle only 7 days prior to the Hrg) or do I telephone 'em & NEGOTIATE! NE ideas NE1. I wont be on line in the daytime from 2moro (as I have proper work & job 2 go 2!). So really need to try & wrap this 1 up 2day, if at all poss. Many thanks for all your help. Am now going to start on Abbey for the return of my daughter's ERC payment.
