My claim is for £5300 and I am just about to go to Money Claim, however, I have noticed on the moneysavingexpert that it is advisable to lower any claims over £5000 to just under to ensure that the case goes to the small claims court.

Can anyone help - I am so close now and want to be sure I get it right?
