Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We are in a situation where we think the hospital where my wife's aunt currently is will not let her home as she is unsafe to live by herself.
A few previous enquiries have turned up that she would have to sell her house to pay for her nursing care. We were wondering if she could rent the property and use the income from that ?
My wife already has power of attourney for her so that would need to be invoked.
Any advice gratefully received.
