Thread: A&L have sent me another customers details!!

In all the excitment about A&L defending my claim for bank charge refund I forgot to mention that the A&L have sent to me the full name, address and bank account details of a complete stranger! I have written to the chap concerned and A&L expressing my outrage at this. Perhaps we can discuss the final details at court. Any ideas how to give the most amount of embarressment to A&L over this?
