Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm at the stage where i've sent my Prelim and lba for my Mum and Dad.
Their claim is approx £1700.00 - Alliance and Leicester have offered £300.
In my original speadsheet I included the Monthly overdraft charge which ranged from £5.00 right up to £25.00. Has anyone else included this?
My mum and dad said that have never asked for this service, and they are not entirely sure why they are being charged it, nevertheless, sometimes it was as much as £25.00.
Can I claim these back when I file court for them?
Help and advice would be much appreciated as my claims haven't got this far and don't want to mess it up for them as they could really do with the money.
Many thanx

Have a look at what I've been up to! Thread Links!
personally I included any over the £5.00 some were £8.00 and some £25.00. If you read my thread you will see there are some comments on charges. also I think if you go to FAQ and then step by step instructions there are some notes there about what you can claim.
