Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi, I'm in the process of making a claim against RBOS for £1607 in unfair charges. I have just received a response from my lba from Mr Tommy McLean stating they believe their charges are fair, reasonable and transparent and that is their final response in the matter.
I'm therefore in the process of filling in the claim defendant details at moneyclaim.gov and the defendant address must be in England or Wales. Mr Tommy McLean was at the customer relations unit in Scotland so I'm not sure what address I should now use on the claim form?

Cheers Martin, I saw that but wasn't sure if I could use it as I'd had no contact with them before. I guess they all work for the same people so it shouldn't matter though?
