I am so annoyed, have u ever heard anything like this, I sent in my letter for a request of charges and they sent it back because I said in my letter I have got married please change my name as well. I sent a copy of my marriage certficate as well
They wrote back saying we cant accept it (it is in Italian) and transalated on the back into English. I have changed my passport and Lloyds and Natwest have accepted it as well, they are the only ppl who wont accept it. I think it is just a tatic. But regardless they sent back my letter as well....Surely they cant do this
