i asked Barclays for my statements for the last 6 years and included a cheque. they replied within a week and they said: 'if you have asked for a list of the default charges that have been applied to your account, i regret that our system does not enable us to identify individual charges in this way and so it is not possible to provide such a list to you. However, any such charges are included on the statements enclosed.'
i.e. they sent the start of month and end of month balance but no specific expenditure e.g. threshers £29.99 or bank charges.
could barclaycard not have record of charges?
