Default Account closures - frightening the sheep....

    Im raging.

I have gently promoted the CAGicon at work and have had some very intrested people contact me regarding.

There was about 14 ppl all messaging me all fired up with sueing the banks all in CAGicon and all fairly well in to the process.

every single one of them has run away bleating and stopped all action because of the 'account closures' in the news

I am SO angry (at them too) all the good work and the banks seem to have mounted a very sucessful underhand offensive.

We advise people to open another account first. Some of these people might be owed £1.000.000's try asking them if there present account is worth paying that for.

All we need are a few successful injunctions and the sheep will realise that it is safe to come into the field again

All we need are a few successful injunctions
... and as much press about this as they have generated for the account closures, which have been all over the media in the last few days.

The ovine masses will only participate when they have nothing to lose and an awful lot to gain. (IMHO!)

Fully intend, once I get that far (2-weeks, 3-days and counting) to go the injunction route against the Nationwideicon. Watching with interesticon for the guidance.

The banks have won nothing and they have lost the argument.

People are perfectly entitled to not claim their money back if they don't want to. This process is not for the faint hearted.

All I can suggest that you say to your friends is that there are plenty of other banks out there but it's up to them if the effort needed to change banks isn't worth the hundreds or thousands of pounds that they will get back.

A single application for an injunction will generate a great deal of publicity. Furthermore, I am sure that it will generate a great deal of passion and enthusiasm for reclaiming bank charges
