Ford Credit have refused my request for my claim for charges
Hi all
I sent a prelim letter to Ford Credit to request my charges back. This is the letter I received:
Dear Rachyrach
I write in response to your letter dated 6th July 2007 about the charges that have been added to your account.
We have considered your request very carefully, as it is important to us that your agreement runs as smoothly as possible.
Having reviewed the circumstances we are sure that the charges have been correctly applied and are in line with the terms of you agreement with us. Please find enclosed a copy of the terms and conditions of your contract which clearly states the charges for breach of the agreement.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me on the number below.
Yours sincerely,
Magali Dolle Customer Services
Anyone have an idea of what I should do next and how I should respond to this letter?
