Dave, get in contact with the court and ask to speak to the court baliffs, they can go through the whole process, also take a look at Reka v Abbeyicon thread, he has gone through it all and it is very good reading, if you go down the baliffs route, you will be on the news lol so milk it

Wrong address is a load o bollox in my opinion, whereever you send them paperwork, they have a duty to get them to the relevant department, so as long as paperwork arrives at any Abbeyicon building then they have recieved said documents and they cant use the excuse it didnt go to the right address

Don't use the court bailiffsicon, as it is over £600 put in an application for an order of Fi- Fa from the high court. Then get a High Court enforcement officericon to collect the debt. Their powere are very wide and their fees very high. It would be good to see the system used against Abbeyicon.

However you must make sure that you get the correct details on the application or else it will be returned to you. So registered office address and use that on the application. When the HCEO goes in like a storm trooper that will shock them! They cannot refuse entry as they are a commercial enterprise!
