Default Help going to give up, against woolwich

Please can someone help my husband and I have got to the point of taking the woolwich to court for about £800 on a closed account.
We have sent a court bundle which we copyed from CAGicon and have recieved a letter back from the court ordering that.

"The claiment must amend or substitute the particulars of claim by setting out the case and by including details of the charges complained of, how they are calculated and in what circumstances they were incurred.

The claiment should note that sending copy correspondance and/or copies of bank statements will not suffice."

What!!!! I dont know what they want now I have sent all I have. Please help if you understand what the court needs as am about to give up and we have got so far.

    Thankyou

    Welcome to the site.
    Never give up.
Theres people here to help you and the first step would be to have a look at your partics of claim etc.
I think first it would be good to move your thread into the Woolwich and go from there.

Default Re: dragonslayer v Woolwich help needed with Court directions.

    Hi dragonslayer

    and welcome.

"including details of the charges complained of, how they are calculated and in what circumstances they were incurred."

This sounds to me like the court are asking for a Schedule of Charges that itemise what each charge is, when it occured and how much it was for. In other words, you need to download the appropriate spreadsheet from http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...eadsheets.html and put in your charge details. The 8% APR interesticon is automatically calculated.

You need to send a copy to the court and to the Defendants (Litigation Department, Level 29, 1 CHurchill Place..) with a covering letter.

    3 Active Claims:
Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Sole account) - Applied to lift court ordered Stay
Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) - Awaiting court date
Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) Pre-6 yrs- LBA sent.

    3 Wins :
Barclays t/a The Woolwich (Data Protection Act breach costs & compliance)
    HSBC (on behalf of brother)
Settled Out of Court - £3,874.76
Alliance & Leicester (on behalf of friend)
Settled Out of Court - £723.41
