I had a Cahoot credit card and flexible loan. Both lapsed some time ago and I have been trying to make payments to various debt collectors. The total owed for both accounts is around £7K.
I haven't bothered to try and access the online accounts fro about 5 years!! Today I tried and got access and the accounts come up - but I can't access statements etc. on either.
I can't even recall how the flexi account worked etc.
Can I claim on both the card and the flexi loan? If o, what can I claim for - and who I do I contact to get statements?
