Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
This may be exactly what Barclaycard are trying to do, but never the less I am very confused!!
I applied to barclaycard for all past statements (which were received), they then credited my account with £320.00 & referred to the £12 'good will gesture' for future charges I have read so much about on other threads.
As recommended, I sent the reject letter off & included another schedule of charges I am owed (totalling £700+) I have now received a letter from them refusing to refund anything more & have suggessted I re-read their Terms & Conditions which details all their charges. I have my lba letter ready to send, however I'm worried I'll end up with Egg on my face. Should I jsut take the £320 & run?
