i am helping my friend to reclaim her charges but what i am not sure about is the fact that they took her carges from her benefits so i have given her the dss acts they carnt take your benefits
but wshat i am concerned about is that they give her an overdraft she didnt want and she took it anyway then they stopped paying her gas elec etc which out her in the red and was taking the charges from her benefits so what does she do about the overdraft they are claiming back with intrest and charges thy for any help and advise
does she claim as normal reclaim reclaiming bank charges she has sent all the letters statements etc she is now up to putting in her claim form to the court has she done right by claiming these any offer of help much apreciated tyvm
