THE PROBLEM IS HE WAS MADE BANKRUPT TWO YEARS AGO SO DONT KNOW WHETHER HE WILL BE ABLE TO CLAIM?
ANYONE ANY THOUGHTS???
If he was made bankrupt (and has not been discharged) then unfortunately any money will almost certainly go to his creditors. He may still wish to try though.
