Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have a preliminary hearing at the Central London Civil Justice centre, 24th July.
I need to send Barclaycard and the court a revised schedule of charges as my claim was partly based on estimated charges. Now barclaycard have just sent me all my statements. Do I simply write to the court manager and barclaycard with my revised schedule of charges?
Thanks
Thanks. I have sent the new list of charges to both BC and court.
Does anyone have any experience of these preliminary hearings. I have one this tuesday 24th July with Judge Avent and would like some advice on what I need to take with me and what I should expect.
