Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Please if anyone can help i would be grateful.
Basically i transfered some cash over to BOS mastercard, and i paid well before due date online from my TSB bank account, saturday i got my second statement saying i had a late fee of £25 as i hadnt paid my first payment, obviously i was shocked and worried as to were my £50 payment had gone, spoke to BoS, no joy they didnt have it, spoke to my bank this am, and it seems that when i did it online i have actually paid it to RBoS...derr didnt even know 2 different ones existed, do you think if i ring them they will refund the charge, and also the lady in my bank rang the online team, they are dealing with it, but the lady in my bank wasnt very optimistic that i would get my £50 back as she said it was a customer error......so can someone else really benefit from my money?????

Well i rang BOS and the first lady i spoke to was really nice and said she thought i might be able to get my fee back, she put me through to someone else who adamently said NO, as it was their fault!!!
So looks like i might be £75 down, i hope not, you never know they just might find my £50 payment, fingers crossed.
