Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sometime during last night my son's Motability vehicle (on which I'm a named driver) had it's rear windscreen smashed by someone. This was first reported to the police, then I phoned the Glass Helpline and got through to Autoglass who say they are booked up solid until Wednesday at the earliest. I thought they'd have been able to deal with it sooner than that... I'm not a happy bunny at the moment.
On their website it says "At Autoglass® we never close. We're available to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year."... hmm.

Hi, just contacting you about something completely different.
I too, am waiting to start my Lloyds business account claim but am worried they will close the account. I have claimed successfully on my current account once and am doing so again (they charged me £160 in 2 months). I have a new personal account, but I am not sure where to open a business account. Good luck with your claims...
