    Question platt v barclays

    hi...

    just started the ball rolling with Barclaysicon to claim back my charges.

    requested my statements about 1 month ago and got them this morning

    so far very impressed with them as they did say it can take upto 40 day, so, so far do good!

    Anyone got any suggestions on what to do next. Been on a couple of website which to be honest I am unsure about and would really like some feed back as to a good one. Or has anyone got any letter templetes that they could send.

    Hi Beccy,
    I'm at court stage with Barclaysicon just waiting for a date!
    Stick to this website and all the information and letter templates you need are in the bank templates libraryicon. Make sure you read the FAQ's and if you dont understand anything ask, there are plenty of knowledgable people who can help here, make sure you post a thread in the Barclays Bank forum and you will get all the help and info you need, everyone is going through the same process!
