    is it worth giving wragg a call and asking for a settlement before sending off my bundle,im just about done with my bundle and its took 4 days,the reason i ask ,is iam off on hols on 22nd july not back till 6th aug if anything happens i wont be able to reply,ie an offer in the post,my court date is set for the 14th aug .everything is in place to send off

    just off the phone to wraggs.miss buffery will look into the file and see what she can do ,has asked me to wait untill monday before i send off my bundles,fingers crossed eh,hope to have good news on monday.will update as soon as hear

    Dont wait to send your bundle - you should be following the timetable for the court.....
    I sent my bundle in for the court by the date it requested & Wragge didn't bother to send anything to either me or the court!
    You don't want to risk your bundle not getting to court in time & the case being struck out........

    If you miss your deadline for getting your bundle into the court then you are going to have problems and would get your case thrown out for not following directions, call me cynical but i dont trust them not to use any underhand tactic they can!

    i will be handing my bundle in on monday afternnoon at the court as ive still got plenty of time and i will send wraggs off on tues morn if they dont come up with an offer on mon
