Hiya i wonder if someone can help me. I sent a SAR letter to virgin media and recieved my statements back. I have had £215.00 of late payment and non ddr charges that ive sent the prelim letter to reclaim.
But just going through my credit report and before i had this contract with virgin i had another one with a different phone number then this new account took over.
Do you have to send of £10 for each account you have held or is the SAR request for information they hold on me.
