Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm the middle of persuing RBS for remainder of money they owe me, already paid up £1500 lately plus another £300 prior to this, but still more to come.
This month I've been very good, once exceeding my overdraft (of £100) by £2 thanks to my loanguard charge coming off before pay day. grrrr anyways, I've got my statement and got a 'maintainance charge' of £32.88 , now i woudl presume this was what they are charging me for going overdrawn (i think a tad not in line with guidelines but that is by the by) but it seems a bizarre amount, any ideas?
Thanks
Certainly is for your overdraft but it is a strange amount. RBS tend to merge charges together. Did you get a summary sheet with your statement giving you a Breakdown of the charge?
If my post has been useful, tip my scales and let me know
that is the Breakdown. i have overdraft loanguard of £3, interest at £0.76 and this maintanance of £32.88?
i'm very confused.
i hate how they disguise these figures.
