Hi, Helping a friend out here. She has no internet access (can't afford it). Just sent SAR icon

. Do A&L close accounts when you claim against them and are they sending statements in reasonable time?

They have been known to close accounts but not heard too much of it recently, as for statements they are buckling under the weight of all the requests so might be a little delay, unfortunately the first stage is the one where you HAVE to wait for them and they know it, just get tough with them, if they dont comply file a complaint.
