Hi Vodster ask MimiJane or send a PM to her asking for the info regarding her Court bundle and index. It was checked by the mods and given the thumbs up . I have used it in making mines up.

Forgot to say that you need to study a bit.............you will get through it fine. It took a while but I do things slowly.

It does look a lot but i started with three lines

I kept on adding as I went along, if you get the index sorted out it wont look bad.............as soon as i saw Mimi Janes index it helped enormously

Have you had your "Directions" (which arrive with your court date) from the judge yet? These will tell you exactly what you need to submit and by when. Your "court bundle" may only need to be a few pages long, or it could be a couple of hundred, so best to wait 'til you've had them and then post them on here. Don't get yourself into a muddle at this stage if you're still awaiting them.

It is a good idea to have a good read of what MIGHT be required, but don't start printing off anything or getting worried as it could all be for nothing!

Difficult to help if we don't know what your "Directions" were from the judge. Can you post them please ... in full. Everyone's are different and it's important to get them right.

Sorry, I didn't have this information in the office, all they have asked for is:-

"Each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including any experts' report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing."

Any help you could give would be much appreciated!
