    Question Carr Vs Lloyds TSB

    Request for help PLEASE?
Awaiting a court date regarding £3200 in bank charges - Lloydsicon deposited £750 in my bank account as a gesture of goodwillicon and made it clear that that would be their final offer, hence i began court proceedings. Lloyds TSB are prepared to defend their case in court - Please could someone enlighten me as to what will happen next, and how do i best prepare myself?

    Many Thanks,

    Mike

Perfectly standard for ltsbicon to issue a defence - you just need to check that it is the standard 9 point defence when it arrives - any queries just ask

    Hi,

    Thanx for your speedy response.

Lloydsicon have issued a 10 point defence with the 10th point stating that they have paid the claimant £750 as a gesture of goodwillicon?

Nothing in there about 'claim too vague' or 'inadequate particulars of claim'?

    Hi,

Nope, mothing about "claim too Vague" etc, the points just seem to reiterate the banks general T&C's, and ltsbicon are denying that the charges incurred are unlawful or contavene any statute or regulation.

All seems perfectly standard - now just sit back and wait to hear from the court - in the meantime have a good read around here and you will get a pretty good idea as to how ltsbicon operate.
