Awaiting a court date regarding £3200 in bank charges - Lloyds deposited £750 in my bank account as a gesture of goodwill and made it clear that that would be their final offer, hence i began court proceedings. Lloyds TSB are prepared to defend their case in court - Please could someone enlighten me as to what will happen next, and how do i best prepare myself?
Nope, mothing about "claim too Vague" etc, the points just seem to reiterate the banks general T&C's, and ltsb are denying that the charges incurred are unlawful or contavene any statute or regulation.
All seems perfectly standard - now just sit back and wait to hear from the court - in the meantime have a good read around here and you will get a pretty good idea as to how ltsb operate.
