Back in 2002 I brought a car through Yes Car Credit. Basically I found that I could meet the repayments and told them so,missed a couple of payments and the took the car back. This was in the janurary of 2003. I haven't heard a word from them in all this time and even though I've moved from the address my friend still lives there as I was just renting a room from him. He had a letter sent to his house on the 6th July followed by a phone call from Bamber Debt Collections. MCE Portfolio Ltd must have taken over because I think Yes CC went bust.
They now want the full payment back even though I thought this was all sorted when I gave the car back.
Basically they want £6399. Which I do not have by the way.
