Sorry for delay, you must get the faults confirmed via a written report by a Local Qualified Independent Engineer or the local Manufacturers Dealer, I know it may cost but with these types of companies you really do need a full report carried out by a qualified person (I do not mean Fred in the Shed). Build a concrete case first then throw the car back at them. Don’t forget the Sale of Goods Act and you may even be able to reclaim your inspection fees, just an idea. Good Luck.
ok after speaking to manager of local welcome office he has given the go ahead for the car to go to a garage to see if it can be fixed ,,they arranged for a low loader to pick it up that day still waiting now..will phone tommorow to see what is hapening
the car i have had for 7 months the fault stated the first week ..15400 on clock when i bought it ,there is 15800 now ..the car is in a garage and welcome are waiting the outcome of the price to see if it is worth repairing ..but i have passed that garage every day and the car has not moved ..i have phoned the manager of the local welcome office so many times [he is now on my freinds and family package..lol.]but could not speake to him this morning but one of is couleueges said oh by the way we have had this months direct debit back..i said of course its because i have canceled it he said ther would be a £20 charge and i laghed and said ;you have more chance than meeting salmon rushdey in tescos; than getting another penny out of me oh well back to trading standerds then ..
Well i ont want to give you no hope, but i have been battling wiht capital bank over a faulty car for 7 months alerady and i have been down the trading standads route also, given what you have said i think a solicior is your best bet but bear in mind my own solicitor has been ignored totally by capital bank, you will find most big companies have the atitude that they have deeper pockets than anyone else and that means they can knock over consumers easily...but saying that you must fight them
How long did you have the car before the problem became aparent, is the fault major...how have you only covered 400 miles in 7 months, what is the fault, make and model of car.
Long time ago in a galaxy FAR FAR AWAY, there lived an elf who shot banks for a living.........
