Hi all.
I am off to court in the middle of august to further my quest for claiming back bank charges. Untill I hear otherwise i have to get all the paper work in order evidence etc. all this is a bit daunting, if any one out there can help with any terminology and legal phrasing I would be most greatful.
Good luck to everyone else who is claiming charges from the banks dressed as dick turpin.
