    Default sharon vs Barclaycard

Hi, Im new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone could help. I am at the stage where I have been offered a partial settlement, which I accepted as partial payment, but advised I would pursue them for the balance(£350). I initially sent a schedule of charges with my lbaicon, but this didnt include interesticon. My question is , do I need to re-send this schedule of charges including the interest before I begin a court claim against them? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

You need to send a new POCicon with your court claim anyway - so get and claim for it all.

How are you going to claim - MCOL or N1?
