Hi guys, did the firm bit and got all my info from barclay card, sent them my give me my money back stage 2, then suddenly i get the worst copies of some other statments ever, barely readable, and they actualy owe me more!, so i got a letter today saying they will pay me back my fee's minus £12 per fee, what do i do now, knowing the first figure i sent was incorrect?
HI BLACKPENNY.....DONT WORRY,JUST WRITE BACK TO THEM AND SAY THAT DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF THE STATEMENTS THEY SENT YOU THE FIGURE WAS INCORRECT.
TELL THEM THE NEW AMOUNT AND CLAIM FOR THE WHOLE LOT INCLUDING THE £12 FEE.
Mine came today also - they were kind enough to add little yellow postit's to some of the statements saying - 'sorry best copy avaliable' I can only just make out what they say :o
