Unhappy Court date 14th August 2007

    Hi,

Received a General Form of Judgement or Order from Cardiff county courticon recently (Is this normal?) with regard to a bank charges claim made againt RBoS. Filed MCOL originally they entered a defence Cobbetts are acting on their behalf.

No mention of an AQ, again is this normal? Do I need to call the court and check with them?

The details on the order are minimal, Do I need to produce a court bundle x 3?

I'm slightly lost and scared of what to do next really.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi mog,

It would be helpful if you could post what the order actually says - that way people can advise you on what to do next.

I have just completed my bundle and have been advised to hand one into Court and keep one for yourself to take to your own hearing.

I have been advised that it will suffice to send a copy of the bundle Index to the bank's Solicitors, as a matter of courtesy so they have an idea of your bundle contents.
