Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Received a General Form of Judgement or Order from Cardiff county court recently (Is this normal?) with regard to a bank charges claim made againt RBoS. Filed MCOL originally they entered a defence Cobbetts are acting on their behalf.
No mention of an AQ, again is this normal? Do I need to call the court and check with them?
The details on the order are minimal, Do I need to produce a court bundle x 3?
I'm slightly lost and scared of what to do next really.

to H--- with courtesy. They will get the copy with the court docs. They have plenty of time to study it. Remember they took your money illeagly, you are in command at this junction don't forget
