Please be gentle this the first time i have posted as i dont know what im doing so apologies aswell for being thick! At present claiming from A & L got court date of 17-8-07.
Now the problems start have read nearly every thread on numerous sites, have downloaded your bundle plus other odds n sodds, never done a particulars of claim, do i need one? and dont know what to use as statement of evidence. Can someone please help! This is how thick i am if anyone replies where do i find it? SORRY

Im back been all over the place again! Re Particulars of Claim, did i do this when filed on line, i copied something from money saving expert Sorry i told you i was thick
1. Between [insert date of first charge eg 15/3/04] and [insert date of last charge eg 9/2/06] the Defendant debited numerous charges from the Claimant’s [This means you because you are the person claiming the money] account.
2. The charges are an unfair penalty under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, because they are a disproportionately high sum in compensation compared to the cost of the purported breach.
3. Under the law of penalties, the charges are an unlawful ‘extravagant’ penalty.
4. Under the County Courts Act, the claimant is entitled to interest of 8% per annum from the date they were deprived of the money. This totals [insert amount of interest as calculated with the bank charges calculator], accruing at the daily rate of 0.021% until judgment or payment.
5. The Claimant asks the court to enter judgment in their favour for [insert total charges] plus interest, totaling [insert total charges plus interest].
Dont know how i got here! But yes thats looks like it Thanks. I am now in absolute panick over bundle, court date 17-8-07 I go on holiday for 2 weeks on 2-8-07 so trying to get it done now. I have copied court bundle and loads of other odds n sodds do i have to understand everything thats in it, cause as you can tell that will be difficult for me!
