Thread: central ticketing threats

(central ticketing threats continued)

They did not reply to this letter and I thought I had heard the last of them.....until this morning I received a letter from a company called Commercial Collection Services warning me that I have until 12 noon on Friday 13th July to pay them £135 or they will issue me with county court proceedings stating the amount will increase substantially with costs fees etc. They state the sum relates to a parking charge Notice.
Can they really do this to me?

Nope.

You have two choices

1) ignore it - although the empty threats will continue
2) write back to CCS and state that you are in dispute with Central Ticketing and that is is unlawful for CCS to continue to pursue you whilst in dispute. They should then return the matter to Central.
