Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I sent off (for my brother) SAR request for his business account. They day after they would have recieved it they cancelled his overdraft, bounced about 9 cheques he had written, and although they had always been ok about him drawing on uncleared cheques they suddenly stopped that as well.
Are they allowed to do such things - if not what can be done (other than changing banks and applying for the charges back)?
