Hi all
Please do not think I am silly. But I do need some advice.I have a full list of Barclaycard charges, I see now many people are going for contractual interest. How do I do this, I have no idea, how do I work out the rate etc.Can you state that you want to claim this when you use the online court form?Do you have to inform Barclaycard that you are changing your interest claiming method from 8% to contractual. Please if anyone could help, I would be grateful.Mish
