A&L Allocation Questionnaire and offer of mediation
I filed my N1 on 12 Jun on 18th June I got a letter from A&L with an offer of £1000 + £120 court fee (claim is for £2144.29) giving me till 16 July to accept.
On 22 June I got a letter from Wragge & co Solicitors with the defence from A&L.
On 4 July I had a notice that Defence has been filed and an allocation questionnaire and an offer of mediation.
Has anyone else had this and if so how have they responded? any help would be gratefully received.
