    Default Wasted Costs Order-please help

    I have done all the stuff I need to do with regards to my sisters claim for Lloydsicon. They have given us the run around and completely wasted time by dragging out the claim.

    What I want to know is this! My sister has said to me to make a claim, but as I have done the work can I claim it in my name or does it have to be in my sisters (especially as I have put in the time and research).

    No sure where I stand on this one!!

    The actual account holder has to be named as the claimant.
