    Wink spring6 v co-op - **WON**

    Hi all,

I have started to reclaim default charges from several banks and would be grateful for some info on the co-op credit card. I still have a fairly large balance on this credit card and have held off re-claiming charges because of this. If anybody has been in a similar position - has the bank tried to call in the debt or suddenly developed an awkward streak following a claim?

    Cheers,

    Spring6

I shouldn't worry too much about them calling in the debt.

    Hi, Spring6.

When I claimed charges back from Cap 1. They took back what I was due them before giving me the rest. Bank of Scotlandicon closed my 28 year old account, I have since complained to fosicon and am waiting their response.
Have a look at the http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...se-read-these/ You should open a parachute accounticon, just in case.

    Best wishes with your claims.

    Regards.

    Scott.
