I have started to reclaim default charges from several banks and would be grateful for some info on the co-op credit card. I still have a fairly large balance on this credit card and have held off re-claiming charges because of this. If anybody has been in a similar position - has the bank tried to call in the debt or suddenly developed an awkward streak following a claim?
I have sorted a parachute account thanks for that maroondevo52 - I only have a credit card with them and they are welcome to reduce the balance by any amount claimed / agreed - I'm up to date with all payments so fingers crossed ....
